hello everyone!

just a reminder, the forum is free! i seem to be getting lots of email about the forum. You do need to register for a username, so u are able to post, but again that is FREE, the forum is available to everyone, not just those who pay for the "member's section". I have not been posting much in the blogger since the addtion of the forum....I seem to be using that to keep everyone up to date. Training is going great, and the time is getting near! I am very excited about jr nationals
