Simply save your pics as JPEGs then upload to a site like Imageshack.us (including full size images which you can post at full size or as clickable thumbnails) or even Imagevenue.com (you get a clickable thumbnail) Simply click the Image button (appears as a small picture on your toolbar) and you will be able to enter the URL of a picture. You can also upload your JPEG to your blog directly from your computer. A JPEG will generally have the file extension .jpg or .JPG and has practically the same quality as a .tif or a .bmp without the extra bandwidth and/or incompatibility.
